Fate_Cmd is a digitised divination ritual: a custom coin-casting device and a real-time AI Oracle built on three emergent systems — the I Ching, cellular automata, and DNA-inspired encoding. Casting a hexagram drives a live audiovisual environment and a spoken reading. The machine stays impartial; meaning emerges only when people project fate onto structure. It asks how impersonal systems acquire authority.
